Technical Tuesdays: our monthly meeting with customers
For A-Systems constant and clear communication with our customers is part of a world class service. Thus, in order to give Allix users updates on how to enhance the usage of tools available in Allix3, since the beginning of 2018 we have announced our monthly online meeting: The Technical Tuesdays.
The concept is basic: every first Tuesday of each month, our customers under maintenance contract can register themselves to the meetings, subsequently they can attend a web conference or also well-known webinar. Each conference is focused on one specific topic and these webinars last around an hour.
Montly meeting to solve doubts
Webinars are very participative, customers can ask questions all along the event. Another advantage of these webinars is that customers can see how to properly handle a specific Allix feature, as well as discuss in live with our technical team in order to get answers to any questions they might have.
Technical Tuesday, Keep the doubt away
We have a yearlong program that does not repeat one single thematic. The first Technical Tuesdays have been very successful events, we have seen clients from around the world are very happy about this approach, since they can participate from the comfort of their office or home, and yet, have a technical and pleasant exchange to clarify their thoughts and needs about different tools in Allix3.
How Allix can fit the needs of a consultant
If you are not available for the live Technical Tuesday; but you were still interested by the feature presented, don’t worry: Technical Tuesdays can be replayed within your client account in our website, you just need to have your ID and password to see the replay of past events.
In order to best support our customers, A-Systems provide these technical meetings in 3 languages, French, English and Spanish. The sessions are done from Paris or Mexico so we can offer a wide coverage amongst our clients no matter what is the time zone that best suits them.
